Terms & Conditions
A deposit of £15 is payable booking a Purple Kitchen Company course, or in the case of a single session the full fee, and will be returned only in the event that a convenient space is not available. The balance of the course fee is due on receipt of confirmation of place allocation by The Purple Kitchen Company and approximately 14 days prior to commencement of the course. In the event of the balance of the course fee not being received within that time, the right is reserved to withdraw the place offered and re-allocate it.
A place on the Young Chef course (children under 5 years) can only be offered if an adult is able to bring the child to a ratio of not more than two children to 1 adult.
Any property belonging to clients is brought into the school at the client’s own risk. No responsibility is accepted for any loss or damage to property of any client, nor is any responsibility accepted for any liability for any personal injury to any client, save as imposed by statute.
Rubbish generated by clients including nappies is to be removed from the premises by the client and is not the responsibility of the Purple Kitchen Company. Alterations by Purple Kitchen Company Course fees and dates are correct at the time of publication, but the right is reserved to make alterations as and where necessary or relevant, and clients will be notified as soon as is practicable of any change.
Cancellations by clients Course fees will be returnable, subject to the deduction of the deposit, if written notice of cancellation is received at any time prior to 14 days before the start of the course, or single session. Subject to the above, if a client for any reason is unable to commence or complete the course no refund will be made. Classes missed by the client through illness or any other cause cannot be made up or fees refunded. Alternative sessions may be made available but are not guaranteed.
Food Allergies and Intolerances
The Purple Kitchen Company endeavour to offer a safe environment for all clients with reference to any food allergies or intolerances they may have.
Young Chefs, their safety and their behaviour, remains at all times the responsibility of the accompanying adult. The Purple Kitchen Company reserve the right to monitor behaviour where it affects the learning opportunities of others and in extreme cases Young Chefs may have their courses curtailed without reimbursement of fee. All other clients, including adult helpers, must at all times behave in such a way as not to impair the learning experience for other participants and The Purple Kitchen Company reserve the right to exclude any client from a session if it is felt that they endanger or in any other way detrimentally affect the session either for themselves or others taking part.
Clients using the property of Purple Kitchen Company are to do so with due care and attention to instruction at all times. Clients of any age are not permitted to enter the kitchen area at any time.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, post, make available to the public, or otherwise use Purple Kitchen Company content in any way except for your own personal, non- commercial use.
Personal information may be held by The Purple Kitchen Company and is for use only by the Purple Kitchen Company and shall not be supplied to other parties without prior permission.￼
